Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, the hotel seemed nice, but aspects like the cleanliness of the rooms and some service interactions left room for improvement. The location was convenient and had friendly staff. The dining experience was a mix of good and not-so-good, but overall, the stay was decent.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms in the back building were recently renovated, from the mattress to the pillows, offering a cozy atmosphere with a small but lovely pool and a view of the quiet bay. The hotel staff was super friendly and even accommodated my request to move to the newer building. However, there was an inconvenient incident involving police officers enforcing room occupancy. Overall, a great experience with minor setbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were outdated and were only available for a minimum of 2 nights, but they were spacious with a nice view of the pool and bay. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired with piled-up towels and garbage. The service was friendly and helpful, although some staff may need additional training. The location was great for its proximity to shops and Fagers Island, but the hotel overall seemed a bit run-down. While the dining was not the best and split from where we stayed, the meats were fresh. Facilities were satisfactory overall.
